ALMOST TO 60!

Hey look who stopped by the office today! PHIL STACEY! One of the stars from American Idol! I gotta say he's one of the nicest down to earth guys I've met.
One of the guys from record company came along with him... he and I hadn't seen each other for some time so he was suprised to see my weight loss. That's the FUN PART of this part of my weight loss journey, getting to see people I haven't seen for awhile and seeing their reactions! I love it when they ask how I've done so well in such a short amount of time. I get to brag about my health coaches, Lisa and Jaime and 4Generations4Health! They're THE BEST! Tomorrow night I'll be at their house helping to host a meeting for anyone and everyone wanting to start this journey! I'd love to have you join us! Are you free tomorrow night at 7 o'clock? Weigh in update... I'm just a little over 58 pounds GONE! I'm so close to being able to say 60! It makes me want to go ride my bike for a couple of hours to hit it!
