So here's a couple of pictures that show my progress with my certified health coaches, Lisa and Jaime! The first pic was taken this past Saturday while on a father/daughter road trip with my 12 year old, Emily. The second one was taken the day I went to visit our own Kat Taylor right after the birth of her baby Mia back in September 2008. Wow, what a difference 73 pounds makes, huh?
I can't encourage you enough to look into more detail what Lisa and Jaime have to offer. Its affordable and can be life changing! Last Thursday night here at The Fish, we had a couple gals give their own testemonies to their journey of health. One gal had lost over 104 pounds, the other lost 170 pounds! THAT is life changing! I still have a ways to go to get to my goal of wearing pants with a 32" waist again. Trust me, you'll know when THAT happens! :-)
